Nomination
All the Nominations are Self Nomination basis. Means, If you wish to participate then you can nominate your company in the Award Program. Only the employee / owner / marketing team / management team of the respective companies can nominate their company.
You should meet the following criteria to nominate in Best of Best Awards.
- Company must be at least 2 Year old ( registered at least 2 years before the participation)
- You must have at least 3 full time employees
- You must have a website stating your products and services.
- You must have an official email id to communicate ( not @gmail.com, @hotmail.com or any free emails )
You can upload any of the following document in your awards portal account once you nominated.
- Company incorporation / registration certificate
- Tax Registration Certificate
- Any other Government issued documents.
You can also submit any of the other award certificates you have received. This will increase your winning chances during the Jury Evaluation Process

Yes. You can nominate multiple nominations under
your (same login) account.
IMPORTANT: You do not have to create
a separate account for each nomination. You can manage all the nominations
under one account.
You can change the category before the
voting starts.
Once our First Level Jury approves your nomination for
voting, you cannot change award nomination category.
Free Plan: You can nominate in one
category.
Premium Plan: You can nominate in three
categories for each nomination.
Fee / Cost Involved
If you become one of the winners then you are OBLIGED to order a Winner package or Gala Ceremony Package. The package inclusive of the following
- Rights to use Award Logo, Award Name, Winning Title
- Winner Digital Materials ( Certificate, Badge & etc )
- Winner Items - Trophy, Medal, Plaque ( as per the package you have chosen )
- Gala Ceremony entry passes (if gala event is scheduled)
- Listing on Award website winner section
- Social Media posts.
If you do not order a Winner Package :
If you have opted for our free nomination plan(s) and are declared a winner by Golden Tree, you are obliged to order any winner package or Gala Ceremony package offerings available on our website or as may be conveyed to you otherwise.
In the event that you do not buy any winner package within 10 days from the Internal winner announcement date then We reserve the right to cancel the winning title & assign the title to the next standing nominee.
In such cases, You are liable to pay USD 499 towards the service charge of the nomination process ( such as Nomination Account Creation & Maintenance, Voting badge & banner Design, Exclusive voting page design & hosting on our website, Jury & Management evaluation process, Votes analysis and processing) within 10days. This service fee does not include RIGHTS to use Award logo, award name, winning title, listing on award website, nominee badge & etc.
Gala Ceremony Package & Winner Package is almost same except one difference.
Gala Ceremony Package is inclusive of Gala Ceremony Complimentary Entry passes.
The winner package does not have any Gala Ceremony Complimentary Entry passes
Notes :
- Gala Ceremony entry passes are on a complimentary basis
- The passes will be provided on First Come First Serve basis upon 100% payment
- The Winner materials will be distributed at the Gala Ceremony event if you attend the Gala Event.
- The Gala Event schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

- You may receive a complimentary Digital Winner package or Trophy, Plaque as per the Premium Nomination plan you have chosen.

Yes, you can track all the votes received by logging in to your award portal.
Yes, it is a Mandatory award procedure in the winner selection process.

You can start
collecting votes until 30 days after your first level approval.
After the nomination,
you will be approved if qualified in the first-level Jury Evaluation. Then you
can start the voting by following the below steps:
1. Login into your
portal/Dashboard
2. You will see a
voting link and a QR code at the bottom of the dashboard.
3.You can share the
voting link or the QR code along with the voting badge (Provided in your
dashboard) on your home page of your website, on your various social media
platforms or Via Email Marketing.
Claim voting points
To encourage all our participants, we offer points for every campaigns they do. You can refer the points for each voting activity you do at "Claim Points" section.

Here is a
guideline to submit a PR:
Step 1: Write
One Page article about your nomination at the award program.
Step 2: Mention the Award Program with Award website Link.
Step 3: Find
the PR website and submit
Its very easy to claim points for your voting campaigns.
You just need to show some proof such as screenshot or URL of your campaign.
Please follow the below steps to claim your points
1). Click "Claim Points" on Header Link (top header).
2). You can see the Blue color Button "Claim Points". Click this Button.
3). Select Your Nomination Company ( Hotel / Restaurant / Spa), Upload Screenshot of your campaign, Enter more details such as URL & Etc. Thats All. Click "Submit"
Our team will take 3 to 5 working days to review the details and approve /reject your claim points.

There are two levels of jury review and selection process involved
in the winner selection process.
We
STRICTLY do not encourage that any of our nominees to speak to our judging
panel about the nomination/voting / selection process.
There is NO money involved during the judging process.
We strongly recommend every nominee, NOT to approach our team with
any monetary benefits.
If we find any company approaches with any monetary benefits to
increase their winning chance to our team then we will disqualify the
nomination without any notice.
NO MONEY INVOLVED
DURING THE JUDGING PROCESS
No. we do not share the jury name. Also to remind you that our
judging process involves 2 to 3 rounds of evaluation and it is not just by 1
member in the jury panel.
Yes. If you have more
than 15 years of experience in the particular/ Various industry, our officials
will review your application and advise you with further process.

After Winning
Most of our
winners prefer the Diamond Package since it has exclusive marketing and
branding benefits along with attractive winner materials. The price is also
discounted.
We highly recommend our
winners to order a winner package since it comes with loads of benefits.
Incase if you do not
order a winner package once you become one of the winner, all our jury team
effort goes waste and the company who stands in your next position lose their
winning opportunity.
Considering all these, if
you do not order the winner package, You may lose the following benefits.
1). Complimentary
nomination benefits for the following years (1 to 3 years depends on our
management decision). However, you can go for premium nomination by paying the
nomination fee (unfortunately no discounts)
2). Primary account
manager facility will be withdrawn
3). Phone, WhatsApp
Support will be unavailable. Only Email support will be provided.
4). You will lose
complimentary Individual nominations in the following years.
Once you opt
for any winner package, you are free to publish. Please make sure to announce
your winning after our public announcement.
We would like
to highlight some important points
- If
you do not order the winner package, you will not be able to use Award
Logo, Brand Name & winning news in any of your marketing materials or
your product promotions.
- Our
Jury team and Management Team spends approximately 10 to 15 Hours for
selecting 1 winner. There are a lot of process involved in the winner
selection
- If
you do not utilize the award winning the next deserving winner will also
lose the chance of promoting his/her product.
Considering
all the above points, if you are a winner and if you do not wish to order
winner package then you will miss out the following benefits.
- Nomination
/ Registration Fee of GBP 580 is applicable for the further year
Nominations.
- Not
eligible for Nominating Your company Individuals (GM / Directors / Sales /
Marketing Team) on Complimentary Basis. GBP 380 per individual is
applicable toward nomination fee
- You
will not be eligible for Voting Acceleration Program for the next 3 Years.

until they order a Winner package.
Rights to use the Best of Best Awards Logo, Name, Website or any other materials
related to award program is a part of the Winner Package.
You are free to use all the materials once you order
the winner package.
Our Legal
& compliance Team regularly checks our Winner's Website, Social Media Pages
& Marketing related materials for the misuse of brand name.
You do not
have the RIGHTS to change, modify, or create any winner badge using our Name,
logo and Brand.
Our Award selection process involves various stages such as First Level Jury Team evaluation, Voting Process, 2nd Level Jury evaluation, Management Team Review. Once you're announced as a winner for a particular category, it is NOT Possible to change the category.
