Judging Criteria

The 7-point framework evaluates: Innovation and Creativity 20%, Business Performance 20%, Leadership Excellence 20%, Customer Impact 15%, Sustainability and CSR 10%, People and Culture 10%, and Overall Excellence 5%. All criteria apply across all categories with industry-specific calibration.

Judges are fully independent — recruited separately from the nomination process. All judges must declare conflicts of interest and cannot evaluate nominations from organisations they have commercial relationships with. No commercial consideration influences outcomes.

Yes. Every major industry category uses judges with specific sector expertise. A hotel nomination is not evaluated by a technology judge. This domain-specific evaluation ensures industry context is properly understood.

The full evaluation cycle from submission to winner announcement takes 8–12 weeks for most nominations. Complex nominations requiring additional due diligence may take longer. All nominees receive status updates throughout the process.

We provide feedback to unsuccessful nominees on request. However, all panel decisions are final. Our process is transparent and decisions are based solely on the merit of submissions against published criteria.
